We are still working through reinventing leftovers from Sunday's party. As a little starter for dinner last night, I made crostinis with pesto, proscuitto, sliced peaches and burrata. Seasoned with just a little salt, freshly ground pepper and olive oil. They were delicious! Juicy, sweet, salty, savory and creamy. A lot of flavors and textures going on at the same time, but I really enjoyed it.
