Go To Paseo
Roast Pork Sandwich with caramelized onions, cilantro, jalapenos, lettuce
Photo doesn't do the sandwich justice, but for the best cuban style sandwiches (at least best that I've ever had), go to Paseo in the Fremont district of Seattle.
