Most days, I'm too busy to make and eat a real sit-down breakfast so I've been having a cup of low-fat strawberry kefir from
Trader Joes with a sprinkle of flaxseeds, about 1 tsps worth. I'm not exactly sure of the nutritional benefits, but that's what my brother eats for breakfast and he's a doctor, so he must know what he's talking about! I think it's supposed to be nutritious and it gives me enough energy to accomplish my tasks for the morning.
