I really like Mayura; we've gone back a couple of times since our first visit with a Groupon back in March. We always order the special appam fish curry which is awesome, with the perfect balance of heat and spices in the curry, tasty fish, with the soft spongy appam to absorb all the wonderful flavors, along with K's favorite chicken tikka masala, and a dosa. We went after golf at Rancho Park on Friday night, and this was our first time ordering the rava dosa, which was delicious! I really love the crispiness and the texture and flavor of the rice and cream of wheat shell. It was stuffed with potatoes and peas which was just a little too heavy for us since we ordered so much other food, next time we'll probably just order the version with onions and chilis, since it really is all about the shell / wrapping. Such a great place for a tasty, relatively inexpensive meal.
