Not surprisingly, today's Santa Monica Wednesday farmers market is packed with people, although there are still plenty of parking spaces available in the 2nd street parking structures. Many of the vendors such as Maggie's Organic Herb Farm doubled / tripled their offerings. We just bought some random last minute stuff for Thanksgiving like fresh salad greens, parsley, potatoes, citrus, kale and eggs. In the picture are what my mom calls "Buddha hands." Not sure what they are or how you eat them but I thought they looked cool.
