More Shanghai Expo Images (Long)

Below are some more pictures of the various pavilions from the Expo.  The grounds were massive; there were pavilions on both sides of the Huangpu river with the technology-related pavilions on the Puxi side and the country pavilions on the Pudong side.  Even though I'm quite accustomed to walking a lot, even I was exhausted at the end of a day.  We only went into the Footsteps pavilion on the Puxi side and otherwise spent most of our time in the country pavilions.  The buildings are more impressive at night all lit up but I didn't have a chance to take pictures because we were too tired, hungry and cold by then to do so.
Pavilion of Footprint (we went in but I'm still not sure what the pavilion was about)

Turkish coffee: strong, sweet and delicious

Turkish lunch: sliced lamb with tomato sauce over cubed bread and rice with Efes Pilsener

Switzerland: there was a ski lift type ride on the roof, resulting in very long lines

Spain: I love the undulating lines of the building, Frank Gehry-esque
